Clinton for President!

Speaking of the current administration she woved to fight to bring "an end to cronyism, incompetence and cover-ups."

That is the best three-point summary of our current presidency. Just another reason I'd vote for her if she ran. Clinton for President for another term! :-)

Sweet! It almost seems like she would need to be a lot more charismatic in order to appeal to the Midwest and the South. I wonder if she would have a good chance at it? I think she definitely plans to run, but it will be interesting to see what kind of campaign she runs - that might be the deciding factor.

She'd get the female votes in the cities of the Midwest, but not in the small towns. Which is where all the people are... I'm not sure I'd vote for her... it would depend on the opposing candidate(s).

hehe... my dad would vote for her. Especially since he's convinced that the first female and first minority president will be assassinated.

ahh sam, i miss your dad :) Does anyone know who would run on the republican side yet? If it's Bush's brother and he wins, move me to Canada now.

general consensus with dems around here is that she's simply too divisive, and as such doesnt have a shot to win, so shouldnt get the nomination

i've heard john mccain, rudy g. and jeb bush mentioned so far. i hope mccain gets the nomination - i would actually vote for him over anyone else. if i could of course. :)

matt - i'm curious... i've heard that before about her, but never explained very well. why do dems find her divisive?

She's a bit opinionated on certain topics on which I think Dems would prefer more open-endedness... and she's not easily swayed, which can be a liability in politics.

I'd also vote for McCain, but I don't know if he'll run. Just like Colin Powell would never run (he likes being the right-hand man, not the performer).

mccain will run. if bush didn't play dirty politics and smeared him (a pow vet no less) mccain would be sitting in the white house right now. he isn't a right hand man. he wants to get in there.
