I'm surprised no one has yet developed a subdermal implant that would monitor your body and automatically release the appropriate coctail of drugs to produce optimal performance for whatever you're doing at that time. Needless to say, it is just a metter of time.

I personally have nothing against drugs, but I do get annoyed with gov't sanctioning the use of some, banning others or doing both when it's feeling particularly wacky!

Strategy for the beleaguered Democrats

Look no further than Great Britain. Tories (conservatives) were dominating the political landscape until Tony Blair came around and turned around the troubled Labour party. Here was his strategy in a nutshell.

"The key was reforming the ideologically leftist Labour Party with a fresh pragmatic brand of centrist economic and social policies that captured the ground from the Conservatives."

Democrats take heed and reform!!
